Both Ola Electric and Ather Energy have gained India’s largest market share and have sold lakhs of electric scooters in the market
Ola Electric is currently country’s largest automaker with over 40% market share and Ather Energy ramping up its production to produce more scooters by the next quarter.
S1 Pro provides a claimed range of 195km on a single charge with its large 4kWh battery, while the 450X packs two battery options with its 2.9kWh & a 3.7kWh battery delivering a range of up to 111Km
In terms of storage, the new Ola S1 Pro offers an under seat storage of 34 litres while the 450X offers an under seat storage of 22 litres.
Ola Electric offers standard 8 year/ 80,000 Km warranty on its battery and the Ather 450X offers a standard battery warranty of 5 year/ 50,000 Km
Ola and Ather offers competitive pricing for its scooters. The S1 Pro starts at Rs.1,33,000 while the 450X starts at an expensive Rs. 1,40,599 for the base.
While both EV makers are competing in the budget e-scooter range, both Ola and Ather have made tremendous efforts to provide customers the best of their tech and advancements in the sector.
