Ola Electric is set to unveil its production-spec electric bike, the Roadster in India
Ola Electric is among the largest automakers in the Indian auto market, mainly in the electric two-wheeler sector. With its diverse range of electric scooters, Ola’s S1 lineup caters to the diverse needs of its customers. It helped a lot in gaining market share in the segment.
Expanding to that, the Indian two-wheeler company is all set to launch its new range of electric bikes adding to its portfolio. Ola Electric is geared to unveil its next range of electric mobility solutions in the country. Recently, the company filed a patent for its electric bike, the Ola Roadster that has been leaked online.
Ola Electric’s Upcoming Roadster e-bike
The upcoming Ola Roadster e-bike, as per its patent design sports sporty aesthetics with bold front and rear design. It boasts large alloy wheels with chunky tyres, twin-disc brakes, USD forks, and more. More design elements include wraparound LED headlamps, integrated LED turn indicators and a modern digital instrument cluster similar to the company’s S1 lineup. The upcoming Roadster electric bike also offers a flush-fit tail light and a three-step seat design making it comfortable for long rides.
Ola showcased its upcoming electric bikes with each model designed specifically to cater for the diverse needs of its customers. All bikes will reportedly feature mid-mounted electric motors with different levels of power output. They will also feature different battery sizes and are set to deliver different levels of driving range per charge. Ola’s approach will fulfil different driver’s needs as per their requirement, unlike other brands.
