Ola Electric achieved a milestone with opening its 500th service centre in Kochi, Kerela
Indian E2W giant Ola Electric achieved a singnificant milestone in just two years with opening its 500th service centre in Kochi, Kerela. The newest service centre is the addition to company’s ambitious expansion plan. Kochi’s newest Ola service centre is the biggest in Kerela and offers quality customer care and after sales service to Ola Electric’s customers.
Achieving this milestone & further expansion
Ola Electric’s spokesperson states the brand’s commitment towards offering quality customer serivce upto their satisfaction and offering the best ownership experience of their product. The brand also focused on delivering a strong network of its service centres across India, focused on offering the best service no matter where you travel. The 500th service centre pledges Ola’s commitment on building the brand’s presence beyond its retail outlets.
To celebrate this milestone, Ola Electric organized a special ride for its community members in the town. Ola also planned a free scooter health checkup pragram across in every major city and town in India. This initiative gained a positive reponse in the community as many customers came to check their scooter’s health and gained several points on how to maintain their Ola Electric scooter.
New lineup
Ola Electric recently announced its new electric portfolio by adding the much-awaited S1X lineup. The entry-level S1X is offered in different battery sizes starting with a 2kWh and then offering 3kWh and 4kWh for the top-spec model. Ola’s new S1X lineup starts at Rs. 69,999 for the base 2kWh variant and goes up to Rs. 84,999 for 3kWh model and Rs. 99,999 for the 4kWh variant.
The company has also announced that these models will reach customers next week. In addition to that, Ola Electric also offers stadnard 8-year/80,000 Km warranty on its lineup with no additional cost. Further, the company will also offer warranty extension for its old customers making their scooter ownership experinece smoother.
Future goals
Ola’s expansion plans both in retail and after sales service centres is aimed at offering the best customer service and to increase ownership satisfaction of it scooters. With the opening of company’s 500th service centre marks a significant milestone for the automaker. It strengthens its overall infrastructure and further increases the brand’s image and presence in the country, which will help them sustain their market share in the industry.
