Xiaomi recently debuted its first electric car, the SU7 globally. But since its launch, the electric car has faced a storm of complaints and concerns regarding its build quality and reliability.
Multiple owners have reported issues shortly after buying the SU7. While some have experienced breakdowns after just a few kilometres into their ownership.
Soon after its launch, the Xiaomi SU7 has been around in the negative aspect of the community with multiple quality issues and several breakdown situations.
One incident is where a blue SU7 EV died while driving on the highway, concerning its reliability. Another incident came when an SU7 owner faced a breakdown while just driving after 39 Km.
The EV displayed several warnings that led to a sudden stopping of the car, resulting in a faulty drive system and unable to shift between reverse and drive.
Customers have also requested a replacement of their SU7 while Xiaomi has assembled the models that have already been allocated to the customers leaving the customers stranded.
